As an Investigations Specialist, you’ll be responsible for conducting targeted examinations on Dealing Members based on Market Intelligence reports. You’ll also be tasked with developing pre-examination parameters before the commencement of annual examination cycles.
The Investigations Specialist role also involves preparing legal opinions for complaints that are referred to the All Parties Secretariat. In addition, you’ll be expected to prepare correspondences, reports, presentations and notices that are intended to solve investors’ problems in the most cost-effective manner possible.
Job Description
Investigative Specialists identify, collect, and analyze information. They also investigate suspicious activities and deal with them promptly and efficiently in adherence to the company’s policies and regulations.
As an Investigations Specialist, you will support the Office of Anti-Corruption and Investigations (OAI) in conducting internal investigations into alleged sexual misconduct, including sexual exploitation and abuse, sexual assault and sexual harassment, as well as other related issues in line with OAI standards.
You will also contribute to the development and roll out of capacity building programmes in country offices, including Code of Conduct and investigation training, as well as Incident Management Committee and anti-corruption training.
You will also ensure that you are conducting your investigations in a compliant manner and that they meet the required standard and are complete with soundly based conclusions and recommendations, supported by all evidence obtained during the course of the investigation.
