The position of Lecturer II Job Vacancy requires a Master’s Degree in the area of specialization from an accredited university and at least 3 years relevant teaching, research, and administrative experience. It also requires a minimum of 6 publications in national and international journals.
To qualify for promotion, a candidate must obtain a minimum qualifying score of 100 out of which 10 points must be from Qualifications, 60 from Research Publications, 10 from Teaching Experience, 4 from Academic Leadership/Administrative Responsibilities, and 4 from Teaching Quality.

Emerging record of research productivity or evidence of contributing to successful design practice, with a track record of professional development programmes designed to improve teaching/learning or develop skills.
