In order to fully utilize the potential of graduate entrepreneurs in Nigeria, Apex Bank stated that the Tertiary Institutions Entrepreneurship Scheme (TIES) aims to increase access to capital for graduates and undergraduates with cutting-edge business and technical concepts.
The Supreme Bank claimed that by concentrating on job development, the TIES will address the problem of white-collar job seekers. For the grant, the CBN will provide newly graduated entrepreneurs N500 million.
Eligibility requirements
- Candidates for the program must be graduates of Nigerian Polytechnics and Universities (BSc/HND or an equivalent degree); possess
- a discharge or exemption certificate from the National Youth Service (NYSC); and
- 10 years or less after NYSC
